An unknown model gets kitted out as a Geisha with a full on wardrobe, hair and make-up. Simon Robins did an excellent job styling here as did Michael who captured the decadent beauty in a simple and straightforward manner in this shot from an editorial from Vogue Japan’s May 2011 issue.
Actually the article in the picture says it’s chinoiserie (chinese-esque). That is no Geisha.

This is one of the most haunting photos I have ever seen. It is hundreds of wedding rings that were removed from those in Concentration Camps.
I haven’t seen a single post on my dash about it being the remembrance day of the holocaust today so I guess it’s up to me
